Triple the Fun

Just wanted to pop in and share the good news that Jacob's finger is NOT going to need surgery, or even a cast. The Orthopedic put on another splint, and said it should be healed in two weeks! Wow, these little guys heal fast. I think Jake may be more than a little shaken by the incident, as he had a hard time going back to school today. Screaming and crying and hanging onto my shirt for dear life, but I called a mere half hour later, and he was doing fine. And he was all smiles when we picke him up. Hopefully everything will start to get back to "normal" around here. Alex is due out again for another week on Saturday. Cross your fingers, this trip won't be as eventful as the last for me and the kids. :)
