Easter 2007

The kids have been looking forward to Easter this year (their baskets mostly), and they weren't disappointed. They each had a FULL basket of goodies from dear old Easter bunny this year. They absolutely LOVED the egg hunt, too!

Easter Egg Coloring

Here are some pictures of our Easer Egg coloring this year. The kids really enjoyed it! I'd like to say it was not messy, but... well, let's just say I've always called Malena "lil' pumpkin", and now she is! :)

Joshua...

Yep, his arms are crossed and he's standing in the middle of the mall refusing to move because he wanted to be the LAST one to push the button on the elevator. Not that he didn't push it twice already. Don't ya just love these moments?

SUCCESS!

....finally. Jacob has been in big boy underwear for two days now, with NO accidents! He even asked if he could wear his big boy underwear to bed last night instead of a diaper. I wasn't ready to try that one yet, but how great is that? I can't believe now how easy it was once I just focused on Jacob, and decided Joshua needed a little bit more time. We have even gone out each day doing different errands for most of the day, and he's had NO accidents! I am soooo proud of my little guy... uh, big guy now! He knows that now that he's potty trained he gets to go see Shamu (Shampoo) the whale at Sea world, and that trip is already scheduled for next week! Yeah Jake! New pre-school here we come!

Time for Easter Bunny Pictures! The kids did amazingly well. I thought for sure, Jacob was going to start crying since he's been so, uh... emotional lately. But he did pretty good. Malena and Joshua ran up to the bunny and gave him a great big hug! I'm so proud of all of them!
